Each rug is custom made just for you. Our stunning Beni Mrirt rugs are woven entirely by hand, then washed and dried in mountain air. Expected lead times:
* Standard sizes: 12-16 weeks
* Larger sizes (9'x12' / 275x370 cm and above): 16-24 weeks
As your rug is produced by hand, it will naturally display unique fluctuations in design and hue—clear indicators of its authenticity and one-of-a-kind nature. Slight deviations of up to 5% in overall size, pile depth, and artistic composition compared to the initial order should be anticipated.
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order.
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM GMT (7:00 PM ET for USA) the following day to cancel and get your money back.

The easiest way to do clean your rug is to clean the rug on a weekly basis with a canister vacuum side to side (not end-to-end) with the beater bar on the highest setting. If you need to spot clean your rug, do so with warm water and just a little detergent. Wool naturally repels liquids at first contact so treat it quickly with a dry cloth and follow up with water and detergent and you should be fine.

Tassels
In traditional Moroccan rugs, tassels adorn just one side. Tassel lengths typically range from 4" to 6" / 10 cm to 20 cm, depending on the size you choose for your rug. Here's a peek at these charming tassel details.
Knotted Pile
Our usual knotted pile height dances between 1" to 1.5" / 2.5 cm to 4 cm, with a delightful average of 1.25" / 3 cm. Should you desire a knotted pile that's lower or loftier, kindly drop us an email, and our dedicated designer will collaborate with you on a desired pile height.
